Purchase Offers/Lease Option
Purchase offers are submitted by email or phone. A minimum purchase offer is listed on the site for each domain name. Offers below the stated minimum will not be considered. Some domains may be sold at their listed minimum.
For top names, a final sales price may be reached following a period of negotiation and will depend on factors such as quality of the domain property, current and future market conditions, and motivation of the potential buyer. Transactions may be subject to non-disclosure.
A monthly lease option is available for some domains. Leasing provides a company the opportunity to market their services under a superior internet address.
Terms of Sale
All sales are unconditional. No warranty, guarantee, or claim of non-infringement or suitability is implied or provided. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Preferred payment is by bank certified check or wire transfer. Personal checks are accepted although domain transfer will not be initiated until verification of payment clearance. Transfer of ownership is typically completed in 24-48 hours.
If escrow service is requested by buyer Sedo or Escrow.com may be used. Escrow fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
